Gurumukh Singh: At the age of 7 years, I was sent to a monastery by my parents where I lived for the next 12 years. During my study years in monastery, I learnt different philosophies about life by the ancient Indian sages. This pious learning at an early age laid a strong spiritual foundation in my nature. At the monastery, I also came to learn about ancient meditation techniques through my master. After my monastery education, I went to University and took my diploma in Computer Science and started a career as web designer. In 2008, after working in the IT industry for 5 years, I decided to quit and follow the path I knew I was born for. 

I share my understanding in the teachings of Traditional Hatha Yoga, Philosophies, Pranayama, Meditations and various Cleansing Processes. I believe Yoga surely helps to stay relaxed in any degree of situational and emotional intensity. I like to teach and practice the traditional style of Hatha Yoga with Slow and Graceful movements of body and breath, between two postures. This way of Yoga Asana practice had been developed and suggested by ancient Mystics of India, as a helpful tool for humanity of all ages of time, for transforming all kinds of divisions created by human consciousness. 

Andrea Jensen: I studied at Sushumna Yoga School in Goa, India, specializing in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga, with additional training in Restorative and Hatha. I completed a 320 hour program recognized by the Yoga Teacher Training Alliance, with 30 hours devoted to Pranayama and Meditation. I have been practicing for over 7 years and continue to practice daily with instructors all over Los Angeles. My classes focus mainly on strength building and alignment. Be prepared for fun transitions, arm balances and inversion play while you flow along to some trendy tunes.
