YOGA TEACHERS
TRANSFORMING Together

Niki Lundberg
TEACHER
Niki believes that yoga can be life-changing, both on an individual and a collective level. And so her teaching, which she sees as her vocation, is focussed on tapping into yoga’s transformative capacity and providing a means for her students to embark on journeys of self-discovery. She has a background in psychology and an unwavering belief in the importance of combining the physical aspects of yoga with the often neglected spiritual aspects. She facilitates group discussions and lectures on emotional intelligence, personal development and self-love and teaches strong and love-infused classes where breath always comes first.

GEORGE Landon
YOGA TEACHER
George William Landon, originally from cape town south Africa. For many years he served his career at sea as a professional sailor, racing and competing for Rolex in the Caribbean, USA and Europe. His love for snowboarding, climbing and Yoga took him to the Alps and North America on numerous occasions to work as a rock climbing and snowboarding instructor/guide. Through these specific fields of physical work, the importance of a healthy, balanced, flexible body and mind became apparent. Here he turned his passion and attention to yoga, his goal was to develop a complete balance between his interacting activities, to become awakened and to connect more with people and their lives as well as deepen the understanding of his own.
He now live in Koh Samui teaching yoga and helping practitioners and first timers, to reconnect with their bodies and minds, to love the person they have become and to move forward enlightened through their own consciousness.

Michael Murray
TEACHER
While initially drawn to the physical aspects of yoga, Michael remains stimulated by the interplay between the physical practice and the more spiritual, inner-journey that can be opened up by the physical practice. In pursuit of this interplay, Michael teaches strong and flowy vinyasa classes focussed both on correct alignment and intuitive movement and also facilitates discussions and lectures on emotional intelligence and personal development. With a background as a finance lawyer, Michael understands the importance of rationality and analysis but also the need, at times, to move beyond these concepts, out of the head and into the body.
