WHAT WILL I TAKE HOME FROM THIS?
Universal Yoga is a life-transforming learning system that when properly understood, creates physical health, emotional stability and mental clarity.
Students will be confident in their self practice as well as prepared to share this ancient practice with others.
This program compresses a vast array of yoga subjects and styles into a highly intensive course, offering the most diverse training possible. This intensive study includes physical practice, lectures, theory, posture clinics and teaching methodology.
For those with a standard 200-hour foundation background, this training can potentially provide a 500-hour certification recognized by the Yoga Alliance and reaching international standards.
This 300-hour course is taught in 3 parts of 100 hours each. There will be an exam at the end of each segment. Students may choose to be certified for parts 1&2 or all three parts - students who have completed parts 1&2 previously may register for part 3 only.
