While we’ve got plenty planned for you during your stay, you’ll also have more than enough “you” time to explore the island at your leisure and take advantage of all that’s on offer at this gem of a place.

- 07.30 – 08-45: 75-minute class (Vinyasa or Yoga Tune Up®)
- 09:00 – 11:00: Breakfast
- 11:00 – 17:00: Workshop or activity or free time
- 17:30 – 19:00: Vinyasa on Friday, Sunday, Tuesday
- 19.30: Dinner
- On days we practice Restorative, Sound healing/Yoga Nidra & Self massage, dinner will be at 6pm and practice afterwards.* *Program subject to change
We love movement! Liz Terry (500eRYT) has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years and is also a Teacher Trainer for the world-renowned Yogaworks. Emilie is a IAYT certified Yoga Therapist who has also been teaching movement for over 10 years. Drawing from our combined experience, we offer you a chance to delve deeper into your Yoga and mindful movement practice through many different lenses – anatomy, kinesiology, self-massage and the subtle body.
