Our daily flow will go something like this:
- 06:30 – 7:00 HIIT workout
- 07:00 – 8:00: Yoga Practice & Meditation
- 08:30 – 9:30 Organic Superfood Breakfast
- 09:30 – 11:30 Group coaching workshop
- 11:30 – 17:00: Flow time for you (chill, connect, explore, relax)
- 17:30 – 19:00: Workshop
- 19:00 – 20:30: Dinner

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 AUD deposit. Any cancellation made between: October 2, 2017 and March 1st 2017 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: March 2nd 2017 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
If the USD/AUD exchange rate changes between your booking and the departure date by more than 5%, we reserve the right to adjust the trip pricing. This may mean that the trip becomes cheaper for you.

Hi, I’m Nik Toth, and I’m so happy we’ve found each other!
I’m known as the Lean Body Coach, and I love inspiring women to become the best, fittest and healthiest versions of themselves.
Growing up in Budapest, Hungary, I developed a very unhappy relationship with my body and food. I became a ‘serial dieter’, which lead to a damaged metabolism, digestive problems, fatigue, and putting on weight.
After years of jumping from one fad to another, and feeling anxious about my weight & food, I finally decided to embark on a wellness journey and study holistic nutrition and fitness.
Based on my own journey, and experience with countless female clients, I developed a signature Lean Body Formula, which since has helped transform thousands of women’s bodies and their relationship with food around the world. I am crazy passionate about sharing my knowledge and love for healthy food and an inspiring lifestyle with every woman, and helping them create a body and life they love inside and out.
As a holistic nutritionist, health coach, yoga teacher & trainer, I specialise in women’s health, and promote a no-diet approach to weight loss. I believe that “healthy weight is the by-product of a healthy body and mind”.
I am Layla El Khadri, and I am a transformational coach & women’s empowe
rment mentor; who passionately believes that we all have what it takes to be the best versions of ourselves, and live the life of our dreams.
Growing up in Madrid, Spain, I was told by everyone around me that I had immense potential, yet I felt lost and struggled to find my purpose in life.
After finishing college I refused to enter the workforce and get a 9 -5 job and left my country and started a journey around the world to discover the tools and techniques that help maximise human potential.
I dedicated half a decade to studying the wisdom of Ancient Traditions and cutting edge therapies such as Tantra, Yoga and Somatic Dance. Today I help my clients reconnect their mind, body and soul, and tackle their biggest life goals. I focus on helping women master the dance between the masculine and feminine, which allows them to find amazing and fulfilling relationships, as well master the mindset of letting go of their fears and live an epic and inspiring life.
