The 3 or 5 day Anti-Stress Program begins with a wellness consultation. Based on your personal needs, preferences and goals, unique tailor-made Anti-Stress sessions will be developed for maximum results. The Anti-Stress Program is individually customized to suit your physical needs and level of yoga proficiency combining a variety of stress relieving techniques, therapies, and philosophies including:

  • Meditation

The Anti-Stress Program provides the opportunity to learn effective techniques that can be used in your everyday life to help balance your body and mind.   • 08:00 am – 08:45 am: Group meditation (optional).
  • 09:00 am – 10:15 am: Private anti-stress session with Bettina.
  • 10:30 am – 11:30 am: Healthy brunch buffet at Vikasa Life Café.
  • 11:30 am – 01:00 pm: Free time: enjoy and relax by the pool.
  • 01:00 pm – 02:00 pm: Massage treatment at Vikasa spa.
  • 02:00 pm – 04:00 pm: Free time, additional coaching or acupuncture session.
  • 04:00 pm – 05:15 pm: Private anti-stress session with Bettina.
  • 06:00 pm – 07:15 pm: Yoga (optional).
  • 07:30 pm – 08:30 pm: Healthy dinner buffet at Vikasa Life Café.

TEACHER

Bettina has studied diverse styles in unique settings throughout Asia, Europe and America. Originally from Germany, Bettina is an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher registered with the International Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500).
Bettina comes from an extensive business marketing background with over 15 years experience working in the corporate sector. She understands how important it is to integrate lifestyle balancing techniques and tools into a demanding daily schedule! Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation are effective tools to help us to better cope with the pressure of demanding workloads and personal issues – by simply by increasing concentration, learning the art of how to relax, and cultivating awareness.
Since 2012, Bettina has been happily living in Koh Samui, Thailand. She is a resident Yoga and Meditation teacher at Vikasa Yoga Retreat and leads personalized Anti Stress Programs.
Yoga has been an essential tool in Bettina’s personal life journey and she is deeply passionate about sharing its tremendous benefits with others.

PRICING

  • EVENT ONLY PRICING: For whose who live on Koh Samui or stay at another resort, the retreat price is USD$500.
  • Anti-Stress Program Includes: Individual wellness consultation / 6-10 private sessions (3/5days) / Personal customized take-home program.

*Airport pickup is available from Koh Samui airport only for a fee of 600 Baht one way.
