Exploring aspects of both Yin and Yang yoga, you’ll discover how to both create a dynamic, disciplined practice and how to slow the body down to restore and rejuvenate. Practicing alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa Flow each morning and Restorative and Yin yoga each evening, we’ll explore these complementary practices and all the elements necessary to be able to confidently teach both.

This training is designed to move you deeper into your own personal practice while simultaneously preparing you to offer your teachings to the world. We teach a multidisciplinary approach so that you can graduate with the ability to confidently teach multiples styles of yoga and meditation.

Teachers

Jess Rose

Jess is a Kansas City native based in Europe for the past 10 years, and travels the world to lead workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings. Since 2015, Jess has been teaching on DoYouYoga.com, the world’s largest online yoga community, and has more than 50,000 students all over the world with her 30 Day Yoga program, among others. As an RYT-500/E-RYT-200 in alignment-based vinyasa, hatha and yin, her classes are founded on the importance of sustainable alignment and biomechanics, but her passion shines through in the form of creative sequencing, the exploration of themes, and an innate sense of playfulness and humor. She is a featured author for Elephant Journal, has been interviewed and featured in San Francisco Yoga Magazine, and is a regular contributor to DoYouYoga.com.

Leah Sugerman

Leah Sugerman is a yoga teacher, writer, and passionate world traveler. An eternally grateful student, she has trained in countless schools and traditions of the practice and teaches a fusion of the styles she has studied with a strong emphasis on breath, alignment, and anatomical integrity. Leah is an RYT 500/E-RYT 200 whose classes are grounded in precision and detail. She offers a mix of both challenging and relaxing practices, specializing in alignment-based Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin. Passionate about sharing the practice, she has been featured as a writer in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, Prevention Magazine, Elephant Journal, DOYOUYOGA, and more. Leah teaches workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings both internationally and online.

  • Beach Bungalow – $2,999

Stay in a shared Standard Beach Bungalow, complete with two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.

The Standard Beach Bungalows bring guests close to Nature while providing every convenience. The rooms are quite modest, rustic both inside and out, yet clean and comfortable they feature two twin-sized beds, and direct beach access. A private terrace allows you to take in one of Samui’s spectacular sunrises. Bungalows come with simple interior bathroom with hot shower, AC, mini fridge, and a safety box.

  • Yoga Cave – $3,299

Stay in a single Yoga Cave, complete with a twin bed and shared bathroom.

Bridging the gap between a hotel room and an authentic Thai experience, our Yoga Caves are small but very comfortable rooms that offer sweeping views over the sea and rocks below. Relax on your comfy bed facing out over the ocean and take in one of the best panoramas on Koh Samui. Sleep, read or meditate in peace. Modest in terms of size but still to our high standards, the air-conditioned Yoga Caves offer a quiet, personal place to stay for individual travelers. The yoga caves do not have bathrooms en-suite. There is a large shared and public restroom and shower facility located just behind the block of Yoga Caves. The showers have hot water and shampoo provided. A bathrobe is also provided in each cave for your comfort.

The Standard Ocean Rooms offer every convenience. Rest and recharge with two twin beds and awaken to the sounds of nature and the beautiful sunrise that will energize you for the day ahead. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the fresh island air, relax and read a book or meditate and feel at one with the natural surroundings. A stay in one of our Ocean Rooms is restful, relaxing and inspiring. Please note all the ocean rooms are slightly different, you can see in the pictures interiors vary from room to room, but they are all of the same standard. Also some have better views, while the other ones are better decorated and furnished. Either way they are conveniently located and are our best room category.

The Zen Bungalows are perfectly named, being traditional huts built with local, natural materials. They provide an opportunity to leave contemporary hotels behind and feel yourself become totally at-one with Koh Samui’s natural surroundings, with the stunning views from our cliff-top location right outside your door. A truly authentic experience. Please note that the Zen Bungalows are designed for solo travelers.
