Annie will be guiding you through twice daily practices, with workshops, meditations and more along the way. The week will be an opportunity to explore the beautiful island, while developing your yoga practice and nurturing your body and mind. Annie’s approach is accessible and open to all levels, her classes are light hearted and playful, creative and wholistic. The morning yang practice will be a more dynamic mandala or vinyasa practice and the evenings will be yin to create and restore balance. There will be opportunities to take time for yourself or connect with the group so whether you are travelling solo, with a partner or friends, there is something for everyone. The week will be adapted to suit those attending in order to ensure that everyone leaves with what they needed to find. Annie believes that all of us are totally unique and so what we need at different times can vary so much from person to person, day to day, season to season. Her intention is to hold space to allow students to connect more to themselves in order to be guided by their intuition and inner teacher in order to find what they need from their practice.

08:00 – 09:30 – Yoga Practice + Meditation
10:00 – 11:00 – Brunch
11:00 – 16:00 – Free Time/Massages/Excursion
16:00 – 17:30 – Optional Workshop (some days)
17:30 – 19:00 – Yin Yoga
19:30 – 20:30 – Dinner
21:00 -> Yoga Nidra/Free Time/Meditation


AnnieHaving trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa in India, Annie returned to London where she quickly established her own voice, style and loyal students for her classes at home. Annie quickly found that while the work she was doing with her students was special, there was so much more to share than can fit in a 60 minute class in a busy city. After completing further training in Mandala Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Annie began to create day-long retreats in London. As the following for these grew, and having gained experience teaching on several yoga retreats, she began to look at hosting her own retreats in order to curate the start-to-finish experience and develop a stronger relationship with her guests and students. Now, she travels several times a year to host in beautiful locations. When not teaching on retreats or in London, Annie writes her lifestyle blog, Mind Body Bowl. Her book of the same title was published in February 2017 and she continues to share her message online as well as in person.



Prices start at USD $1400 and include all classes and workshops, 2 meals per day, airport transfers, accommodation and a massage. Additional nights accommodation can be arranged subject to availability.
