A Spring Fun Retreat
Join us for a week of vinyasa yoga and meditation during the Chinese New Year and take this opportunity to refine and deepen your practice and return home feeling happy, revitalized and relaxed. Come join the fun. Open to ALL levels.
Each morning will begin with a meditation followed by an energizing vinyasa yoga practice. Each afternoon we will have a acro-yoga workshop lead by Gabi. We will then end each day with a long restorative yoga practice. The rest of your days will be spent relaxing by the pool and ocean, exploring the nearby secret beaches, making new friends, doing nothing or a wide range of other activities. Zhao, Justine and Gabi are Beijing based teachers and who love working as a team and share their passion for yoga with students of all levels. Come emerse yourself into your yoga and acro-yoga practice. Classes will be offered in English and Mandarin.

10:00 – 11:30 Brunch Buffet
11:30 – 16:00 Free time to explore the nearby beaches or day trips.
16:00 – 18:00 Acro-yoga Practice
18:00 – 19:00 Guided Asana Practice
19:00 – 20:30 Dinner Buffet
20:30 – 21:30 Evening activities; music, partneryoga, meditation.
