Yogi Troy is a 500 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500 E-RYT) through the Yoga Alliance and has taken many trainings throughout his yoga journey to attain certification in many different styles of yoga, massage and movement disciplines.  He spends his time between Bali and Los Angeles, California, but has traveled and taught yoga to adults and children in many locations around the world including the United States, Thailand, Bali, Costa Rica, Brazil, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and many more.  Yogi Troy is also trained in Tai Chi Chuan, Reiki, and CranioSacral Energy Work.

Yoga found Troy when he was at a crossroads in his life and career working as a project manager and engineer on bridge and highway projects throughout the U.S.  Seeing the effects his yoga practice was having on him physically, mentally and emotionally, he decided to take a break from his career to travel, learn more about yoga and deepen his yoga practice.  This decision has led Troy to over a decade of teaching and helping people to witness and experience the effects that yoga can have on them.  He is passionate about guiding and empowering students and helping them to find a yoga practice that is suitable for them on all levels.

Tara Hostnik

Tara Hostnik graduated from Peak Beings’ 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and since then has assisted 6 of the Unified Yoga Teacher Trainings.  She began practicing yoga 15 years ago while studying in college and instantly fell in love with it. Tara quickly discovered the benefits of yoga including balance and strength and how they improved her favorite outdoor pursuits such as running, skiing and climbing. Yoga also reduced her stress at work and improved her body image, something Tara had struggled with in earlier years.  She enjoys challenging her students physically while keeping class light and fun.  Her infectious smile and laugh will keep you coming back to your mat again and again.  If she is not in a yoga studio you will definitely find her somewhere out on a trail, appreciating the planet and its amazing nature through hiking, running, skiing, biking or however else she is spending her infinite energy.
