Based on your personal needs, preferences and goals, unique tailor-made Anti-Stress sessions will be developed for maximum results. Our teachers will guide you through basic sequences of poses, giving variations so that you can challenge yourself if you want to. The beginner yoga program is available in a variety of yoga styles, including Vikasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Acro. You’ll start with an initial introductory consultation, where we talk about any limitations you might have, your expectations and then set personal goals.

REIKI COURSES PROGRAM

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui designed to decrease stress reduction, increase relaxation, and promote holistic health. It is administered by “palm healing or hands-on-healing” and is based on the concept that unseen life force energy flows through each of us and it is what enables us to be alive. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. If one’s life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick, feel stressed, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
